Scottish Welfare Fund (North Lanarkshire)
The Scottish Welfare Fund is a discretionary scheme we deliver that provides two types of grant: Community Care Grants and Crisis Grants. If you are in crisis you can apply for a grant by calling the Scottish Welfare Fund Team.
Crisis Grants can provide people with a safety net in the event of a disaster or emergency such as fire or flood or being robbed
Community care grants can help people leaving care or families facing exceptional pressures who are in need of essential household items such as a cooker or washing machine.
